Atom 80 50 Hour Service Details:
- Screws and Nuts: Inspect and ensure all are properly tightened.
- Spark Plug: Check spark plug condition, replace the spark plug and cap.
- Carburettor: Perform a full clean, replace membranes, gaskets, and O-rings, and retune for optimal performance.
- Anti-Vibration System: Replace all engine and exhaust rubber mounts.
- Manual Starter: Service and clean, replace plastic hooks and elastic rings, install a new starter rope.
- Airbox: Replace 2 rubber mount snaplocks, check the sleeve, and clean the sponge.
- Fuel Lines: Replace the fuel filter and fuel lines.
- Exhaust: Replace springs, safety cables, and the copper ring.
- Gearing System: Check oil level, replace oil if necessary.
- Cleaning: Thoroughly clean all external engine and exhaust components.
- Optional Extra: Inspect the piston with a camera, and if needed, clean the piston and replace washers, gaskets, and O-rings.
Standard Service Time: Approx. 8 hours @ £40/hour (inc VAT)
Standard Service Cost: £340 (inc VAT ex Shipping & Parts)
