The NEO Stringpack 2.0 is a convertible paragliding harness and backpack for hike & fly paragliding adventures, combining the ultra-lightweight NEO String 3.0 harness and a backpack (NEO Lite Bag). Intuitive to use, it has a U-shaped zip on the backpack that reveals the String 3.0 leg straps, while using the backpack shoulder straps and sternum strap for quick and easy conversion into a paragliding harness. In other words, the Stringpack 2.0 is not a reversible harness – the back reinforcement and shoulder straps are the same in both flying and walking positions. This technique saves weight and carrying volume, and makes the harness easier to use. Positioning the bag in flight is also more efficient.

Made from ripstop fabric with Dyneema, and with Hypalon reinforcements, it offers lightness and durability that’s been tried and tested over many years.

The NEO Stringpack 2.0 is extermelely comfortable to carry as a backpack and equally comfortable to fly in, thanks to NEO’s design and ergonomics expertise.

VOLUME HIKE 55 L / FLY 40 L

The Stringpack has a carrying capacity of 55 litres, suitable for many paragliding wings, from mountain wings to some small-sized EN-B wings. For bulkier wings, packing them into a compression bag is recommended In the air, the volume is reduced by 15 litres to prevent the load from shifting to the lower back. A large front pocket allows for quick storage of items such as clothing without needing to open the entire bag. Additionally, top access to the bag enables convenient storage of the reserve parachute and helmet.

STRING PERMAIR PROTECTION

The Stringpack is equipped with attachment points on the leg straps to install the String Permair protection. This protection uses PERMAIR technology developed by Skywalk and is certified to EN, LTF, and CE standards. It weighs 410 grams and is inflated using the inflation bag provided with the protection.
