Atom 80 50 Hour Service Details:

• Screws and Nuts: Inspect and ensure all are properly tightened.
• Spark Plug: Check spark plug condition, replace the spark plug and cap.
• Carburettor: Perform a full clean, replace membranes, gaskets, and O-rings, and retune for optimal performance.
• Anti-Vibration System: Replace all engine and exhaust rubber mounts.
• Manual Starter: Service and clean, replace plastic hooks and elastic rings, install a new starter rope.
• Airbox: Replace 2 rubber mount snaplocks, check the sleeve, and clean the sponge.
• Fuel Lines: Replace the fuel filter and fuel lines.
• Exhaust: Replace springs, safety cables, and the copper ring.
• Gearing System: Check oil level, replace oil if necessary.
• Cleaning: Thoroughly clean all external engine and exhaust components.
• Optional Extra: Inspect the piston with a camera, and if needed, clean the piston and replace washers, gaskets, and O-rings.
