SkySchool Switzerland 

Introduction

SkySchool Switzerland, based in Verbier, is less  than 2 hours from Geneva airport. SkySchool  Switzerland  courses allow  students to learn how to  Paraglide in  one of  the most ideal  sites  in  the  world.  Courses  follow  the Swiss Paragliding  Federation (FSVL) training syllabus and  students have the opportunity  to acquire the FSVL  Pilot's licence which  can be transferred to the  BHPA  Club Pilot qualification.  There are fewer  places that allow students to  develop  their  Paragliding skills so quickly or in  such a beautiful  place. Course therefore  get  booked up very  quickly so contact us immediately in  order  to avoid  disappointment.

Swiss Course Dates

SkySchool Switzerland runs courses all summer  starting in May and finishing at the end of  September. All courses run from Sunday to  Sunday;  students should therefore arrive and depart  on a  Sunday. The course will start on Monday  morning  and end on Saturday afternoon. Accommodation in Switzerland

The accommodation for students consists of 4  beautiful Alpine chalets that are all connected by  gardens. Each chalet sleeps 8 students  with  only  2  students per spacious bedroom.  Students will take  it in turns to cook for the  group. This is always with  the help and  supervision of our Chalet Manager, Jo.  Dinner  time is a great social event at the academy.  It is  often in the form of a relaxed BBQ in one of the  beautiful gardens; it is also the perfect time of  the  day for students to relax and talk about  their exciting day of flying. Those less inclined to  group activities should contact us in order to  discuss their individual requirements.

Further Information

Successful students leave with an IPPI Rating  which can be transferred to the equivalent BHPA  qualification by completing the Air Law exam  and proving their flying ability to a BHPA  Instructor.
