Location
Organya is known as 'La Muntanya Màgica' or the Magic Mountain, this is because of the constant dynamic thermic lift it generates due to it's unique geographical location. The take off is south facing and easily accessible by car and less than 5 minutes from the landing area 750ft below. Due to the constant lift it is possible to climb more than 3,000ft above take off in less than 15 minutes and therefore really develop one's Paragliding skills. Annecy is the home of Paragliding and one of the most beautiful flying sites in Europe. The flying takes place at the eastern end of the lake where there are plenty of ideal take off and landing areas.
