SkySchool is Europe's leading Paramotoring school and runs 6 and 12 Day Beginner and Intermediate courses from a private airfield in north east Spain in the Spring and Autumn. The 6 Day beginners course combines with the 6 Day intermediate course to make the 12 Day Addiction course. Accommodation and food are available on site. All courses start at 9.00am on Monday morning and end on Saturday afternoon, students should therefore arrive and depart on a Sunday.
6 Day Courses: £745
Beginners Course: Designed for complete beginners, Paraglider pilots with less than 20 hours or Skydivers with less than 200 jumps. Students sit the first 6 days of the 12 day Foot Launched Microlight (FLM) syllabus. Training consists of ground handling practice, tandem trike flights, motor usage instruction, basic theory lectures and should culminate in at least one solo flight allowing students to progress onto the 6 Day Intermediate course. Intermediate Course: Designed for those who have either sat a 6 day beginners course, Paraglider pilots with more than 20 hours or Skydivers with over 200 jumps. The 6 Day Intermediate course is the second 6 days of the 12 day FLM training syllabus. It consists of more advanced training such as low level flying, precision landings, limited fuel tasks and cross country tasks. The course also covers more advanced theory including further meteorology, air law, navigation, and effects of the motor on the wing. At the end of the course students should be capable of flying a Paramotor safely and competently without the need for an instructor. View the SkySchool Calender.
Included in the Course: The course fee includes all equipment hire and equipment insurance, instruction, fuel and transport on site. It does not include accommodation, transport to the site, food, drink or personal insurance.

12 Day Addiction Course: £1245
Designed for complete beginners, Paraglider pilots with less than 20 hours or Skydivers with less than 200 jumps. It is made up of both a 6 Day beginners course and a 6 Day Intermediate course.
First Week: Consists of an introduction to the sport and equipment, launch and ground handling practise, tandem trike flights, motor usage instruction, basic meteorology and air law lectures and, all being well, should culminate in at least one solo Paramotor flight. At the end of the first week students progress onto the 6 day intermediate course.
Second Week: Consists of more advanced training such as low level flying, precision landings, limited fuel tasks and cross country tasks. The course also covers more advanced theory including further meteorology, air law, navigation,and effects of the motor on the wing. The 6 day Beginners course is made up of the 2 day Introductory course and the 4 day Student Level course. The aim of the 6 Day Beginners course is for the student to complete at least One Solo Paramotor Flight.
Intermediate Pilot Level Course: Days 7 to 12

21. Site Organisation, Assessment and Weather to Fly
22. 3 x Take off, Circuits and Landings
23. 3 x Low Passes into wind no lower than 30ft
24. 3 x Stand up landings within 40m of a marker
25. 3 x Unassisted Take Offs
26. 3 x Flights with 360s, S Turns and Figure of 8s
27. 1 x 10km Navigational Task
28. Reverse Launch Take Off competency
29. 360's, S Turns and Figure of 8 landing competency
30. 1 x Engine off from 500ft Spot Landing within 40m
31. 1 x In flight Restart (optional)
32. 1 x 30km Navigational Task
33. Complete a minimum of 3 hours and 15 solo flights

The complete 12 Day course is made up of the 6 Day Beginners and 6 Day Intermediate course. The aim of the 12 Day course is for the student to become a competent, knowledgeable and safe pilot by completing up to and more than 3 flying hours in as many as 15 solo flights.
